Customer in the spotlight! Sander Geerink had to have an Erreplus saddle and that is how he ended up with Bart about six years ago. “I go to competitions in Poland quite often and there I saw various riders riding with Erreplus. At one of those competitions there was a stand and then I knew I had to have such a saddle. Kevin Jochems informed me and so I ended up with Bart.”
Kevin Jochems has been an ambassador for Erreplus in the Netherlands for many years. “About five or six years ago you saw few riders riding with Erreplus, and now more and more.” What is it that Sander likes so much about the Erreplus saddles? “They are super comfortable, I like to be a little tight in the saddle and I don't like riding on a flat saddle. In addition, the saddles I have fit almost every horse, which is handy since we have a trading stable. As a result, the horses sometimes change.”
Does Bart always come to you when there are new horses? “No, fortunately that is not necessary, because then Bart would have had a full day's work with that alone”, Sander laughs. “He now comes about once every six months, so almost never. But he can come more often! And if there's anything, he's there quickly. If something needs to be done about the saddles, he will take them with him. The service is fast, also for new saddles. I normally don't have to wait long for that.”
Do you often buy new saddles? “Well, I would like to sell a saddle with a horse. My customers so often say: 'What kind of saddle is this, so nice', and then I sell the saddle to the customer or they buy a saddle through Bart himself. For example, I recently bought a new saddle.”
